Governing law
All transactions on SGT Cart and the relationship between buyers, sellers, and SGT Cart are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Exclusive venue
Subject to the binding arbitration clause in our Dispute Resolution policy, any court proceeding arising out of or relating to SGT Cart shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Currency
All prices, fees, and settlements on SGT Cart are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We do not offer multi-currency pricing or international settlement at this time.
Consumer rights
Nothing in our terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, or any successor legislation.
