For an Order-specific question, the fastest path is the Support chat: select your topic (Purchase, Delivery, Refund, Other), optionally attach the Order number, and a desk agent replies in-thread. Your full chat history is saved on your account.

5. Emergency / fraud reporting

For active fraud, account-takeover or imminent harm:

  • Account takeover / unauthorised purchases: Email security@sgtcart.com immediately. Include the suspicious Order numbers and the date/time of unfamiliar activity. We can freeze the account within minutes.
  • Counterfeit / dangerous product: ip-takedown@sgtcart.com for IP-related; safety@sgtcart.com for product-safety (electrical fire risk, expired food, etc.).
  • Threats, harassment, scam attempts via chat: Use the in-chat "Report" button on the message itself, then email trust@sgtcart.com.
  • Police / cybercrime cooperation: Bangladesh Police Cyber Crime Unit accepts complaints at cybercrime@police.gov.bd. SGT Cart will share relevant records on valid request.

Frequently asked questions

Each address routes to a specific desk so your message reaches the right specialist. Using privacy@ for a missing-parcel question would slow you down — use support@ for orders, privacy@ for data, ip-takedown@ for IP, etc.

The hotline (+880-2-XXXXXXX) runs Saturday-Thursday 10:00-18:00. For complex issues we always prefer email or in-app chat so we have a written record both sides can refer to.

Most order-related queries get a first response within 4 business hours during weekdays. Edge cases (legal, KYC appeals) can take longer because they need formal review. The SLAs in the tables above are the maximums we hold ourselves to.

Sometimes mails go to spam. If you've not heard back in 2x the SLA, write to hello@sgtcart.com with the previous ticket reference and we'll trace it.
