5. Emergency / fraud reporting
For active fraud, account-takeover or imminent harm:
- Account takeover / unauthorised purchases: Email security@sgtcart.com immediately. Include the suspicious Order numbers and the date/time of unfamiliar activity. We can freeze the account within minutes.
- Counterfeit / dangerous product: ip-takedown@sgtcart.com for IP-related; safety@sgtcart.com for product-safety (electrical fire risk, expired food, etc.).
- Threats, harassment, scam attempts via chat: Use the in-chat "Report" button on the message itself, then email trust@sgtcart.com.
- Police / cybercrime cooperation: Bangladesh Police Cyber Crime Unit accepts complaints at cybercrime@police.gov.bd. SGT Cart will share relevant records on valid request.
