What counts as illegal
If a listing, review, message, or seller appears to involve any of the following, please report it:
- Counterfeit branded goods or pirated digital content.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related parts.
- Drugs (recreational, controlled, or unlicensed prescription).
- Child sexual abuse material or grooming behaviour.
- Trafficked goods (wildlife, antiquities, stolen vehicles, etc.).
- Terrorism financing or extremist content.
- Threats, harassment, or doxxing.
How to report
- Email trust@sgtcart.com with the URL(s), screenshots, and a short description.
- If you are a rights-holder reporting IP infringement, follow the IP Policy notice format.
- We acknowledge within 4 hours and act within 24 hours for Severity-1 reports.
Anonymous tips
Anonymous reports are accepted, but include enough detail (screenshots, URLs, dates) for us to investigate. We can't follow up with you if you don't share contact information.
Emergencies
If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact Bangladesh emergency services on 999 first, then notify us.
